Healthcare Administration: Including medical assistance, admission medical exams, psychometric testing, check-ups, medico-legal management, on-site corporate physicians, organizing seminars, and managing life and medical expense insurance.
Technological & Technical Development: Development of software systems, medical service network development, reinsurance placement, and marketing of health programs.

2. Types of Data Collected

Personal Data: Any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person.
Health Data (Sensitive): Health status, medical history, allergies, illnesses, psychological/psychiatric information, medical disabilities, surgeries, vaccinations, substance use, and use of prosthetic or orthopedic devices.
Physical Characteristics: Gender, blood type, DNA, fingerprints, iris color, height, weight, and disabilities.
Lifestyle & Sensitive Data: Sexual orientation and habits. Also, data revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious/philosophical beliefs, labor union affiliation, and political opinions.

EMPLOYEES, VISITANTS, AND MARKETING

Applicants and Employees: Data used for recruitment, selection, labor relations, statistics, and business continuity plans.
Office Visitors: Data used for access control and facility security.
Additional Purposes: Marketing, advertising, and commercial profiling to offer other products and promotions.
